We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Located in a very quiet area, it was peaceful and serene. The hotel offered excellent service, including room service and car hire, ensuring our needs were always met. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in our rooms was also a great convenience. the hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.
This place is highly recommended for families.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. the location was excellent, as it was very close to the main city center and within walking distance of the town centre. the room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the garden. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
The bathroom was not up to standard. the shower head did not stay in place and the water pressure was very low.

The hotel was conveniently located in the hills, offering beautiful scenery of hills, waterfalls, and tea plantations. The facilities were excellent with well-manicured gardens and a cozy seating room. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service, and the food was absolutely fantastic. it was a perfect place for a vacation with extended family.
There were no negative aspects during our stay. We had a truly enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to the hills.

Room size was good and affordable. Staff was friendly and available 24/7. They offered an on-call shuttle service which saved time and money.
Room cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. There was a lot of dust, insects, and old furniture.
